TJ Cox represents California’s 21st Congressional district, which is centered in the San Joaquin Valley and overlaps with Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulane Counties. During his first term in the U.S. House of Representatives, TJ has focused on championing local concerns. Trained as an engineer, TJ has worked in construction, mining, and agriculture prior to entering politics. Living in the Central Valley for the last 20 years, TJ created the Central Valley New Markets Tax Credit Funds, which has created almost 1,500 jobs and invested over $65 million dollars in the region.
