Tucson is Arizona’s second largest city, and it has a municipal election on November 5th. The deadline to register to vote in that election is October 7th.
Voters in Tucson consistently elect Democrats, including Congressman Raul Grijalva, the former Co-Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. Tucson is also a diverse city, with no single race in the majority. Boosting turnout in Tucson will go a long way to electing Democrats statewide in 2020, and voter registration is a key part of that equation.
That’s why we’re launching a postcarding program to unregistered Tucson residents who live in Democratic households, urging them to register to vote before the October 7th deadline.
Arizona has online voter registration, so postcards are an easy way to provide a link to quickly register.
Sign up today to attend or host a postcarding party.
Time is of the essence, so act now if you want to get involved in this campaign. To make an impact, we need all postcards postmarked by September 30th. That’s less than three weeks away.
